Don’t bother unless this and Molson are the only thing on the shelf or taps. A filtered wheat beer. Bland and mediocre.

Pale yellow in color with a minimal head, this beer is nice and refreshing. That being said, the taste could be stronger.

341 ml bottle. pours golden with small white head. doesnt have any wheaty haze that i was expecting. slight hoppy aromas but no wheaty sweetness. flavours are a crisp, clean golden ale with some hops but no wheat. a nice refreshing ale, my only question is wheres the wheat?

On tap at the Boathouse. What I got was warm (?!), so maybe my judgement was a little off. Vague aroma of stuff that was not wheat. The flavour is, practically like a pale lager, and not a great one. Really not all that enjoyable, but that’s not a shot at the brewery by any means.

[464-20070728] Sample @ LCBO-Summerhill. Faint corn and grass aroma. Clear, yellow orange body with a medium-lasting bubbly white head. Toasted cereal and light earth flavour. Medium body. Overly wheaty.

Honey-like musty sweetness with some grassy hop character in the nose. Clear golden body is topped by a low white head that recedes to a thin partial cover. Mild sweetness in the flavour offset by equally mild bitterness. Fruity esters in the aftertaste but very little wheat character. Light body and watery texture with strong carbonation. Tulip glass. Just above fridge temperature. Can (BCLS on Cambie at 39th, May-07).

Not bad Alberta wheat ale... no head, "bready"... dry but a bit weak for my tastes...

Rather "blah" in appearance, golden and bright with a fuzzy, wet, white head. Faint aroma of pale malt as a precursor to sweet malts and honey in the flavor. Mineral water finish. Refreshing enough, but this has very little substance. At least I can tick-off "Alberta".
