clean drink with a deep straw texture but very thin like it was given a bit of a wash in processing. One of the better big rock brews along with Magpie.

33 cl bottle, Fargo, ND, USA via Winnipeg. Very light yellow, minimal head with some lacing that desperately clings to the glass for life. Very mild aroma of straw/grass, but quite hard to detect. Flavor is non-existent, perhaps a bit of bitterness. Very light and not at all interesting.

The wheat lightens the body somehwat and allows you to "feel" the hops a little more, but overall this is but a step above the macros, brewed for drinkability. Ther is a nice finish to this beer which does make it more refreshing.

Bottled. Pours with a golden hue and small white head. Fresh hoppy flavour with some nice complementing malt undertones and some bitterness in the finish.

355ml Bottle: Fans of weisse will be disappointed here, there’s none of that to be found. It’s a filtered beer with only hints of weisse to be found. Aroma is awful, just horrible. Not sure why or what causes it but I wish to never smell it again. Pour was decent with a little fluffy white head, golden colour, small streams of carbonation. Flavour is very simple ale with light hints of yeast and citrus, fair amount of hops. Average.

This wheat ale pours a cloudy dark yellow with a unlasting white head. Scents include metal, yeast, honey and a little bit of creamy milk? First sip was watery, creamy and smooth. A little metal in the background. Very slight bitter flavour in the finish and it builds onto the palate. All in all Its been stronger tasting in the past.

Pours a clear yellow. Slightly grassy aroma as well as some underlying unpleasentness. The taste was not much better thin, bland with an odd regurgitated beer flavour. Hopefully other american wheats are better.
