| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 7, 2007 A beer that made an appearance at my annual hockey pool. This beer had an aroma that reminded more of rye than wheat. It was a nice golden colour when poured. It is smooth to the tongue and is smooth tasting. I would certainly recommend this beer to somebody wanting to try a decent wheat beer without paying through the nose. mnurda (434), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada

| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jul 5, 2009 If it weren’t for the lemon wedge on the rim of the glass on a recent trip to Canada, I would never suspect that this is a wheat beer. It tastes, looks, and smells like any ordinary swill, thus the low ratings. Perhaps I’m being too harsh, because the stuff is drinkable, but I decided to take extra points off for not even coming close to the original style. wilderthanyou (423), Guelph, Ontario, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 8, 2007 Not great, but not bad. Pours a deep yellow colour, with no head, white fizzy lacing. Smells like a bag of 12 grain bread, with notes of .......urine? Urine aside, the beer tastes pretty good, a very light malt start, some good notes of wheat in the middle, but kind of an empty finish, just a touch of dryness. A little watery, but good carbonation. A pretty mediocre Wheat Ale.
Brick Waterloo Wheat was much better. albert007 (412), Penobsquis, New Brunswick, Canada

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 9, 2009 Pours a golden yellow with little head. Aroma is musty with some citrus notes (mainly lemon) some allspice, and very bready malt. Tastes lemony, with a mushroomy mid-palate. Also has some spice and a very bready taste. Palate is fine, but this beer is much better on tap. Just lacks the bright freshness of a good wheat beer.
