Pours a hazy dark golden yellow color. Aromas of malts, a touch of honey. Flavor is the same as the nose, nice malt taste with honey like sweetness. Smooth hop finish, medium body with a quick aftertaste.

Some sourness that turns to shoe, some perfume despite this, light medium body, crispness that fades quickly as it warms.

Clear and golden almost with an orange tinge. Big head quickly sinks but lacing is respectable. Aroma is hoppy and grainy. Taste is rather plain and I sure don't experience wheat. A smooth and easy drinking beer for a hot day I guess. Not great in comparison to the hoe..

On tap at the Winking Judge in Hamilton, Ontario. Pours a crisp and clean looking golden body. The smell is sweet and hoppy. It makes you want to drink this beer. Taste is slightly hoppy, fruity and sweet. Very light though if you look at some of the other wheats out there. This beer has a hoppy bitterness in it that feels nice on the tounge. An average tasting beer that will probably go good with a hot summer day.

On draft at Joe Baladinis (Toronto, ON)> Pours a hazy yellow color with thin white head. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of grass, wheat, yeast, banana, clove, light citrus. Flavor is sweet and floral with notes of caramel, honey, funk, wheat, yeast, bread. Generally light body with a thin finish.

Assée rafréchissante avec un légé goût, pas super impressionante. J’avoue qu’il y a pire.

Bottle. Nice golden body with good carbonation and a thick but fading white frothy head. Decent malty aroma with bready, floral and hoppy notes. Flavors of Saaz and Cascade hops are quite unusual for that kind of beer. It leaves a nice bitter aftertaste. This is not bad at all, but it lacks conformity to the Wheat Ale style.

Color is a pale yellow, nothing pretty for a hefe, lightning fast faded head of I think was white, has very light and small spotty lace. Smell is malty, wheaty, some mustyness with a simple woodyness in the back. Taste is bland of malts and some touches of wheat, has a bit of sweetness and fairly strong hold in the middle of grain. Feel is pretty full and a bit of a grain feel, is pretty good, best part of this brew. This is a bit over average, I wouldn't pass it up if offered, but would pass it by otherwise. This grasshopper jumps across the field just fine but it just so happens to land in the mouth of a hungry bird.
