Color is a pale yellow, nothing pretty for a hefe, lightning fast faded head of I think was white, has very light and small spotty lace. Smell is malty, wheaty, some mustyness with a simple woodyness in the back. Taste is bland of malts and some touches of wheat, has a bit of sweetness and fairly strong hold in the middle of grain. Feel is pretty full and a bit of a grain feel, is pretty good, best part of this brew. This is a bit over average, I wouldn't pass it up if offered, but would pass it by otherwise. This grasshopper jumps across the field just fine but it just so happens to land in the mouth of a hungry bird.

first wheat ale i ever had, kinda yellow piss color lemon flavor, wish it wasn’t filtered lotsa head sweet flavor kinda bitter not really interesting, liked it when i first had it but tastes change

No wheat smells or tastes. Sour, just not good.

Light gold color, average head. Mild malt/wheat aroma. Flavor is pretty grainy, but not entirely unpleasant. A bit thin. I guess you could do worse.

Hazy yellow w/ white head that dissipated very quickly. Some malt, yeast, & light grain on the nose. Light body that could be livelier. Sweet, grainy malt flavour w/ some sourness & bland finish.

quite wattery, kinda thin, not much flavour, you basic wheat flavours, nothing special, listless

not very wheaty really. maybe a little tartness, that’s it. more like a lager. not very impressive, but I’d drink it on a hot day.

Had this beer on 9/14/1999. Color is a crisp gold. Carbonation is low with a thin head. Aroma is sweet. Taste is also sweet, light, and good. Finish is sweet and light.
