Perhaps a bit on the weak side. Very nice with food - if had on its own, there's not a lot going for it. pintbypint (1013), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

I tried this beer without the lime first...but found that the lime adds a slight bitterness that compiments the flavor of the wheat and hopps. I was wrong. In a head-to-head comparison with another local American wheat (Liplock by Nelson Brewery) it became evident that this is unquestionably a wheat beer, it’s just that American wheats are never as wheaty as their German counterparts (that took me some time to get used to I guess). Anyway, I’ve always liked it, probably as much for sentimental reasons as anything. Faint aroma of wet hair and mild estery wheatiness, with a wheaty fresh palate and a soft finish. A terrific summer beer. Narnad (714), Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA

Aroma has a slight apple juice sweetness and acidic note with noble hops aromas and a pretty grainy background. Flavor starts off with a honey and grain flavor moving into a pretty grainy middle while ending with lingering apply-juice like sweetness that hangs around for a bit afterword. Mouth feel is good for the style. Overall not too bad of a beer from this brewery and something that would be a good thirst quenching beer on a warm day. jimmay (214), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
