Commercial Description:
At only 2 grams of carbs, Jack Rabbit has the lowest carb count of all the low carb beers currently available in Canada. A proprietary brewing process using Alberta's best 2-row barley malt significantly reduces the amount of complex sugar and other carbohydrates remaining in the beer.

Poured very pale yellow with small head. Lots of carbonation. This tasted like carbonated water. There was no taste at all. I could have rung out a dish towel after doing the dishes and had more taste (and probably a better taste)

I didn’t have high hopes for this beer...and it was a good thing. Light malty aroma without the taste. Highly carbonated and almost no aftertaste whatsoever. (there was no taste so how could there be aftertaste?) I guess with only 2 carbs there isn’t much room for malt & hops.

Very pale yellow in colour with a resilient white head. Faint malt and corn adjunct aroma. In mouth, light corny sweetness closer to mineral water, like most of these babies. Bought in Halifax, at Vin-Art.

light malty aroma, weak but not offensive. Pours a clear yellow, completely flat. Flavour is watery. Cornish aftertaste. Another low-carb beer that offends the senses. I feel like shipping it off to the Hauge and trying it for crimes against humanity.

Bilious green-yellow colour with large artificial bubbles. It actually smells like vomit. I only wish I was making that up. Taste is bland. I might taste a hint of malt but certainly there are no hops. This is because hop are loaded with carbs. They must be, since there are no hops in any low-carb beer I’ve ever had. In summation: Wow. This beer really blows.

Clear, shining. Practically it deprives of scents. Light, small body, escaping.
