Feb 6, 2005 Bilious green-yellow colour with large artificial bubbles. It actually smells like vomit. I only wish I was making that up. Taste is bland. I might taste a hint of malt but certainly there are no hops. This is because hop are loaded with carbs. They must be, since there are no hops in any low-carb beer I’ve ever had. In summation: Wow. This beer really blows.

Feb 10, 2004 Very pale straw colour. White head. Had a skunky taste and metallic finish that was quite offensive. Like dirty carbonated water. This was the worst of the low carb beers I tasted.

Apr 3, 2005 Very pale yellow in colour with a resilient white head. Faint malt and corn adjunct aroma. In mouth, light corny sweetness closer to mineral water, like most of these babies. Bought in Halifax, at Vin-Art.

Dec 16, 2005 Can. Pale yellow, small white head. Watery muted, muted malt (thats an intentional double muted!). Flavour is watery with just enough to be a bit obnoxious. Dilute grainy malt. <P>

Sep 15, 2004 (Can) Found at the Travel Lodge Liquor Store on the north-end on Circle Drive. Pours a medium, quick-dissipating white head and a light golden body. High carbonation. Nose of corn. Thin flavours and nothing stands out. Boring... as expected.

Tastes like very slightly flavoured water. Total garbage. I don’t expect much from Big Rock but I do expect better than this.

Mar 4, 2004 The lease offensive of the low-carbs...because it has no taste. Pale yellow, almost no aroma...might be a hop flower shared between the entire case. Luckily found at a seminar for free.
