Commercial Description:
Noted for the smooth and mellow balance between malt and hops, its dark copper color flashes garnet when held to the light.

A nice bit of tingy hops. Small aroma sadly, because it smells kind of nice. The malt tastes like it is pretty good quality and adds a fairly good balance.

33 cl bottle, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Medium brown colour, very little head. Caramel and brown sugar aroma, sweet flavor with a nice bitterness at the finish. The sweet maltiness is nice, however, perhaps slightly too sweet. Definitely drinkable.

really surprised at some of the low ratings for this fine pub-style pint. Not as good out of a bottle or can, but an excellent option on tap. Great balance of malt and hops, lovely appearance, and nice toffee aroma.

On tap, pours amber colour. Smooth, but plain flavour, with light hops. Refreshing, but unspectacular.

Botella. Clear deep amber colour. Aroma of toasted caramel and toasted malt with some grains. Bit thin mouthfeel. Sweet caramel with well toasted malt and a light hoppy bitterness. Rather thin brown ale.

Fairly plain but flavour has a decent amount of malt, a little buttery but its not over the top and kind of works. Not great but a decent beer,

Can. Plain brown beer with a strongish head. The aroma is lightly malty, and the flavour is watery, lightly bitter and malty. Overall a very average plain tasting beer.

Bottle. 5%. No idea what the fuss is about. Advertises micro-brewery craftiness and doesn’t really deliver. Boring tasting copper/amber ale. Nice colouring with a tan, creamy foam, but the taste is nothing to write home about. Still drinkable, don’t get me wrong, but something I would order only if the selection was extremely narrow.
