Pours a big white, foamy head. Light brown colour. Aroma of caramel malt but is a rather bland, light taste.

A thin, bland but somewhat drinkable brew that leaves no lasting impression.

This one poured from draught at the YardHouse. It poured a ruby red, light brown color mix with a small white fluffy head. The aroma was almost entirely of caramel malts and a fruity orangeyness. The taste is pretty flavorless, with a caramel malt flavor completely dominating. Very clean palate, defintely no presence of alcohol. Pretty boring to say the least, no brown ale qualities to be honest in my opinion...a mutt beer!

Very light, watery tasting. Hints of carmal were as scarce as hot girls at the bar i enjoyed this at, yet a few were present. A burnt sugar taste is also apparent. Color was slightly less than brown, yet more that caramel. Cool name, bad beer.

This totally smells like a wet dog, gross, but it actually doesn't taste that bad with a slight nutty taste. Golden amber color with little head.

Smells like chocolate, malts and almost like wet-dog. Mostly flavors of nuts and chocolate with a earthy presence. Maybe some sweet malty notes as well. It is drinkable...but there is that wet dog aroma.

A decent little beer. OK for a session. It is better then the molson and labatt beers. A little malty and slightly hoppy, using a very neutral yeast.
