Pale nut brown. Light bodied, sweet, hint of late bitterness. OK as a session beer.

This one was like Guinness for me - the more beers I tried, the less I liked this one.

Light amber color. Light and dry caramel flavor. Correctly bitter. Too simple and boring.

I don't know if I got a bad bottle or what, but I didn't find very much worthwhile in this one. Looks average enough, with a moderate off-white head that quickly faded away and a nice light copper colour. I got very little aroma whatsoever, maybe something resembling cardboard. Tasted... well wet at least. Maybe a bit of sweetness and some maltiness, but nothing worth writing home about.

Very mild nutty malt aroma with some earthy hop notes. Clear copper body is topped by a fizzy and low off white head that recedes to a thin cover with marginal lacing. Clean, sweet nutty flavour with understated fruity esters and light bitterness. Medium light body with fizzy but soft textured carbonation. Tulip glass. Just above fridge temperature. Bottle (BCLS at 39th and Cambie, Apr-07).

Bottled. Poured a clear medium golden with a tall cap of thick-ish white head. Nose was muted by a nitrous-type aire... sweet caramel, herbs, very mild pine, and citrus come through with some coaxing. Mild sweet caramel and toffee base for the flavor... surrounded by sweet herbal and pine bitterness. A hint of citrus was found at the finish. Lighter-bodied. Fairly smooth, but a tad spritzy at the finish. Tasty brew.

cream ale in very malty aroma only, it was like an old ale in colour, light head. Somewhat sour bitter and dry finish.Still, at 4.5% two beers were fine at lunch.

Bottle (341ml). At the Laughing Buddha, Sudbury. Poured clear bubbly gold with an average beige head. Aroma of fresh oats, sweet malt and some sprucey hops. Tasted of grains and hops to start, some oaky malt, but mostly grain flavour. Creamy and lively mouthfeel, average body. Decent Canadian cream ale, it has character.
