Commercial Description:
Big Shoulders Blues is a classic brown ale. This refined brew has a fragrant hop bouquet derived from the aromatic hop variety Cascade. Its translucent brown color comes from chocolate malt which was ground into a flour before brewing. This drinkable beer is crafted with a dry palate and a clean, crisp aftertaste.

Not as rich tasting as the port, but good. OOO Chicago Brewing good beer judges all over who tried your product, moarn your passing.

Had this on 5/24/1998. Color is a nice amber with low carbonation and head. As for the taste its stares off with a medium body that has big malt taste. Finish has a low hop flavor and light hop bitterness. This bottle was over a year old and I think it would be better if it was fresh.

12oz bottle notched on 3/97-Cloudy brown with floaties and has an aroma of old beer. Taste of initially sourness followed by a nice malt ending. I remember when this was fresh was a good brew but even after 10yrs it is still drinkable.
