Bottle: Brown color with a tan ring head. Aroma of brown sugar and flavors of apples and brown paper bags. Actually, pretty good.

Bottle: A muddy caramel pour with a bi beige head. Soft and fruity smell. Malty and fruity, but a little dry. Taste profile is more malty than anything. Rather sweet with a little vinous fruits and toffee. Some hints of the abv poke through. Thanks to tytoanderso for sending this one.

Bottle #69/1800. Dark ruby beer with a big light tan head. Aroma of dark fruits and malt. Rich caramel/toffee malt flavor with light yeast and raisins/figs. Medium-plus bodied. Dark fruits linger with caramel toffee and some light earthiness.

This copper ale poured with a massive beige head flecked with brown. The aroma is like toasted raisin bread. There flavor is odd. It’s sort of sweet and sort of bitter, with a warming alcohol trail. I am trying to like this one, but it’s hard. It’s so unique but the tastes are not entirely pleasant.

Bottle (#246 of 1800). Head is initially average sized, frothy, light brown, mostly lasting. Body is hazy dark amber/brown, bottle conditioned. Aroma is moderately malty (caramel, toasted grain/bread, cookie), with notes of sugar, raisin, and plum. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium to full body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic, slightly metallic. A bit simple, but nice. A metallic twang in the finish mars the otherwise pleasant mouthfeel, but that’s probably the only real negative.

Tasting @ argo0’s place. Obtained is a trade with kyzr - thanks! 750ml bottle. Hazed copper with an eggshell head. Tart cherry and lots of tannic flavors, lots of booze and raisin. Something bad happened here - infected? Not awful, but not good.

Bottle @ kp party. Hazy reddish-brown with beige head. Yeasty aroma of biscuit or pie crust, mincemeat, and pecans. Light effervescence but fizzy and prickly. Spicy flavors. More mincemeat, some pepper. Smooth and spicy. Nice, a little on the yeasty side but a solid spiced winter brew.

750 ml bottle bought in Jackson, Wyoming. Pours a nice ruby color with a thick beige head. The aroma is very nice; some spices, brown sugar and yeast, sweet fruits also. The taste is pretty nice, but mellow; some yeast, cloves, pepper, fruits, and a big fluffy mouthfeel. An easygoing quad, but pretty nice.
