Pours a miedium orange/golden color. Aroma is sweet and malty. Some hops as well. Sweet slightly malty flavor. Maybe a bit too sweet.

Light clear gold, quickly fading pasty gray head. Nose vegetative, quite doughy, grassy, faint fruit, not exactly a promising aroma. Flavor slightly better, sweet and sugary, some honey. A few citric hops, vaguely bready, but not actively sucky. Thin. When "actively sucky" is the best I can come up with for a compliment, I’m probably not having a particularly good drinking experience.

Clear amber body under a frothy white head. Aroma was faintly cookie dough, fruity, grassy, hint of honey. Thin and watery in the mouth with gentle carbonation. Flavor was weak and insipid. Not a particularly good beer.

Light copper-amber colour. Slight breadcrusty malt in the weak aroma. Watery palate with dashes of whole grain bread.

In the bottle. Big malt aroma is the salient feature to this beer. Gold in color with a fleeting white head. Nice up front bitter bite. Maybe I’m crazy, but I get a mint flavor out of this (!). Nice tongue tingle at the finish.

Orange gold color. Medium to large sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet, orange, raisins and a touch of grass. A light to medium bodied kolsch. Malts are fruity and sweet. Lots of orange and apple flavors. A touch too sweet and a bit too much like apple juice, yet there is a slight hop bite at the finish, Light and refreshing. A good summer beer, if you are looking for something sweet. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

(12 oz bottle: Bottleworks in Seattle, WA) Sweet and bready, with a bit of caramel flavor, and that probably suffices for a review since these are the dominant flavors present in this beer, and in fact, the only flavors that are registering with me. Very lightly bitter in the finish, with hops seemingly an afterthought. Not trying to be lazy, but the nose pretty much echoes the flavor, sweet and bready. Body is on the light side, but with enough sweetness to keep it from being watery. Pale golden color, bordering on yellow. Smallish white head fades to a tiny rim. I kind of liked the flavor initially, but after several sips, the sweet bready flavor has gotten old and tiring on the palate. Needs much better balance, and geez, some hops please!
