| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 5, 2004 Bottled. Pours a translucent golden amber. Meidum white head. Nose is grassy and fruity with light malt notes. Taste is grassy and slightly bitter. Mild maltiness with light fruit (citrus). Body is light and refrshing and very drinkable. Finsiehs with more grassiness and light fruit and malt. Not too bad. footbalm (1218), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 14, 2004 Pours a clear clean golden with a puffy, thin-lacing, white head. Has a lightly fruity lager yeast aroma with a touch of adjuncts. Body is mild with some corny sweetness and a bland, faintly hoppy finish. Could use much more balance and complexity to live up to its style, but still drinkable. BeerAteHer (384), St. Paul, Minnesota, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Nov 13, 2004 This beer has a licorice hoppy aroma and a near-white head that lasts to near the end of the glass. However, the rest of the brew leaves something to be desired. I’ve tasted this kind of beer before - and this is really nothing special. Rather sweet and smokeless-strip-joint perfumey, with some hops kicking in towards the end of the palate. The aftertaste doesn’t differ in the least except for being perhaps a bit tinny. Most of the malt is buried by the perfume, but maybe that’s how Kolsh beers are supposed to taste ... but I’ve tasted this before and it wasn’t labeled as a kolsh. One bright side is that this brewery puts out much better products. frylock (1024), Buffalo, New York, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 5, 2004 Light golden brown with a thin white head. Light fruit, lemon, and some moderatley toasty malts in the aroma. Quite bitter, grassy, some toasty malts. Kind of soapy flavor in the finish. Meh. iwantalambic (1389), St. Louis, Missouri, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 30, 2004 12 oz bottle: clear, pale yellow with a grassy aroma and an herbal quality throughout the palate. Bready flavours dominate with no real a semblance of hops or anything distinguishing. I wouldn’t push this on anyone… Nexxus (261), Apple Valley, Minnesota, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 28, 2004 Clear light yellowish amber with a large lasting rocky white head. Faint aroma of herbs, cookie, light bread, honey and a hint of lemon. Medium light watery body with a moderate amount of carbonation. Grassy flavor of honey, light bread, cookie, herbs and a hint of lemon. Not bad, but very forgettable. Decent.
