Commercial Description:
This big, rich IPA features Simcoe hops which give it both a fruity, piney hop nose and a clean, ringing bitterness. IN-between, the malt flavor is slightly caramel for a touch of malt sweetness. This IPA is well-balanced and very expressive with hops.

Absolutely delicious! This beer has a great mix between the citrus and hops and the bitterness is very well balanced. I buy it for $8-$9 dollars a 6 pack and it is well worth the money. I could drink this beer alone, but I like to go back and forth between Dogfish Head 90 Minute and Goose Island IPA along with this beer.

12 oz bottle courtesy of the Binny’s Singles Rack (Orland Park, IL). Pours a fiery orange dark amber pour, medium head that dissipates to a small amount, whitish. Transparent body. Aromas are a moderate citrus hopping, heavy on lemon and grapefruit, mixed with some resinous pine. Hard to pick out much of a malt body in aroma. Initial is thin bodied, lacking substance. Watery brew with bitter hoppiness in body and finish. Astringent hoppiness. Devoid of a malt body. Bitterness is pine and some citrus. Highly unbalanced, thin. A lot of pine. Avoid this.

Bottle thanks to 17th floor. Clear amber with creamy head. Aroma is fresh hop citrus, mild sweet malt, big fresh hop IPA. Sweet but well balanced hop presence, citrus, pine, and grapefruit hops that really dry out the beer, resiny. Medium body that has a little creaminess and light carbonation. Very nice and fresh, I can really dig on this.

caramel color, perfect floating layer of bubbles flowing. bit of bubblegum and sweet citrus in the nose. flavor is sweet and has a distinct peach flavor, so wonderful! still piney, fruits lean towards peach and away from lemon and sour citrus. very nice.
