Commercial Description:
This big, rich IPA features Simcoe hops which give it both a fruity, piney hop nose and a clean, ringing bitterness. IN-between, the malt flavor is slightly caramel for a touch of malt sweetness. This IPA is well-balanced and very expressive with hops.

12oz Bottle Pours out a nice amber topped with a great off white head. Very nice aroma of hops along with some sweetness. (maybe like a dry hop) Tast is once again nice hops a little bitter. A nice IPA from MT

Pours clear orange with a nice butter-colored head. Fruity hop aroma, spicy pine. The flavor is again driven by the fruity hops; lots of pineapple juice in this one, a bit metallic early, some caramel through the middle, a hint of some herb - sage? - and then a close that is a bit vegetal (though not bad) and not quite in line with the rest of the beer. The mouthfeel is a little bit prickly but otherwise reasonable.

This is a perfectly passable IPA if not an exceptional one.

fruity but not overpowering...color, carbonation, and mouth presence are all middies...a mild, smooth ipa

12 oz bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar: Clear golden amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity with light apricot. Flavor starts burnt caramel sweet with over ripe tropical fruit and some citrus. Finish is sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body is smooth with lively carbonation. More like an APA IMHO.

Piney beyond belief - which is alright by me. Very hoppy - crisp clean acidic hop presence. The malt base is sweet but pretty thin considering the sharp hop bite and seems a bit soapy. Would like to try this aged or casked.
