Commercial Description:
This big, rich IPA features Simcoe hops which give it both a fruity, piney hop nose and a clean, ringing bitterness. IN-between, the malt flavor is slightly caramel for a touch of malt sweetness. This IPA is well-balanced and very expressive with hops.

Bottle; nice aroma of melon, fruit, citrus. Flavor was like eating grapefruit; good amount of hop bite, not too strong. Some mild pine and caramel flavors. Thought this was strong for the style.

This big rich IPA is towards middle of the road rather than radical. Now-a-days, everyone makes an IPA and this is a good one for those who want to try the style because it is well balenced and not too harsh to scare someone off. I like this one for regular drinking and to take with food. I nice beer at a fair price.

Pours to a glowing copper/orange colored body that’s lightly hazy. A very craemy/rocky off-white head sits on top. The lacing is spectacular. The aroma is heavy on grapefruit, pine, and toasted pale malts. Wow. Is this just a great bottle, or is this beer just this good so far? The flavor is grassy and spruce trees with toasted pale malts. Quite malty. The palate is medium bodied and silky. A nice lingering bitterness. Very quaffable. A delightful surprise from Montana.
