Commercial Description:
This big, rich IPA features Simcoe hops which give it both a fruity, piney hop nose and a clean, ringing bitterness. IN-between, the malt flavor is slightly caramel for a touch of malt sweetness. This IPA is well-balanced and very expressive with hops.

Pours a beautiful clear amber with a frothy beige head. Powerful aroma of pine, grass, and sweet citrus. Smooth, full mouthfeel. Bitter citrus, pine, and grassy hops dominate the flavor. there is a slight biscuit malt hiding in there for decent balance. Finishes pretty bitter. A good IPA.

Bottle at outdoor lunch spot in Bozeman, MT. Poured a clear amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate earthy and resin hop aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This is a good drinkable brew and went well with lunch.

Bottled (at Chriso, BB 09/2009). Amber color, small steady white head. Fruity, piney-mango aroma. Piney, mango flavor. A bit sweet. Simple uninspiring IPA. Probably the best as fresh from tap, now just dull.
