Aug 13, 2009 Eagan, Mn. - Old Chicago Pizza - 12 oz bottle. Medium golden pour with a thinnish white head. Fresh lake water aroma - very subtle. Flavor has some buttery notes, slight hints of spices - grains of paradise - finished with a citrus bent. Decently thick mouthfeel.

Aug 8, 2009 Pours a light golden color with a slight haze. One finger white head. Light spotty lacing. Aromas of grains. and subtle citrus. Flavors of light grain and light hops. Very light body beer, easy to drink. A little bitterness on the palate.

Aug 5, 2009 Came in a can like all good session beers should. Looks awfully clear for a wheat beer. Not much to say as nothing offensive about it. Definitely a good spicy food beer.

Jul 26, 2009 Really light, clear yellow. Almost looks artificially yellow, not extremely pleasing. Nose is subdued lemons and pepper. Flavor is decent, slight hop bite with sweet fruits running through. FInish is watery and near non-existent. OK.
