| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 20, 2009 The shining star of Big Sky Brewing... don’t try others by them... at least what i’ve had. This beer pours with a nice thick head. Dark... but not overwhelming. A bit to much carmel almost artificial flavor. Nutty. Overall I would have again. And recomend. I’d give it a B... I’d give it higher but it is a low alchol content.... but still a solid beer. Plus the name well its just a good name. fredandboboflo (1418), East Setauket, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 19, 2009 Bottle. Aroma of tons of caramel, some nuttiness, a brown sugar sort of quality. Flavor quite nutty, sweet but pretty well balanced by earthy hop notes. Pretty good.
