Thick creamy, toffee head fades, but not completely. A thin layer of creamy, yeasty foam stays for the duration. This ale smells like cookie dough, tastes like a hazelnut milkshake.

Aroma is quite sweet. The taste is all delicious malts with a hint of hoppy bitterness. I don’t have refined tastebuds, but swear I could discern chocolate notes. I really like this beer, and have since I stumbled across it when traveling through Montana a few years ago. I revel in opportunities to consume it.
