| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 13, 2008 On cask at Papago. Slightly cloudy copper color pour with a creamy white head that sticks around throughout. Sweet, fruity, perfumy hops dominate the aroma, along with hints of a good caramel malt base. Well balanced hop and malt flavor, with lots of fruit and spice. Nice dry grapefruit peel and pine sap finish. Very creamy on the palate. That’s a fine glass o’ brew! hellbilly (1532), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 5, 2008 On cask at Papago Brewery. Pumps very frothy with a dominant white head. Texture is extremely creamy, and nose is very sweet and hoppy. Flavor begins with sweet appley hops and fades into an intense creaminess, like sweet clotted cream, vanilla, slight rose. I am convinced this beer was meant to be enjoyed on cask. Vac (2389), San Diego, California, USA
