| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 9, 2008 Bottle... Poured gold with a thin white head that diminished quickly. Citrus and hops and spices on the nose. Very grainy in the flavors. Malt and hops are equally present making this a decent brew that’s easy to drink and crisp. shendrix (478), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | May 2, 2008 Pours beautifully golden with a fine, aggressive head. The nose is clover and grasses, the palate is honey malts and grassy hops on the finish. I’m not a big fan of pales, but this is a creditable brew. padrefan98 (788), (San Diego) Santee, California, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 28, 2008 Pours a light brownish orange with a small white head. Aroma of hops and citrus. Flavor is much the same with decent hop bitterness, grapefruit and a touch of sweetness. Pretty decent pale ale. FlyingSwine (170), Littleton, Colorado, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 26, 2008 Pours a clear, dark gold, with a small head, no lacing. Aroma is mainly hops, but they’re a bit putrid. Not a great smell at all. Flavor is of earthy hops, well balanced with the roasted malts. Too bad...I don’t pick up the Golding hops at all in this one. Palate has a watery start, and dry finish. This isn’t a terrible beer, but I had trouble getting past the aroma.
