Smell: Aroma of pale malts, a drop of toffee, and floral, spicy hops.
Taste: Pale malts quickly followed by floral, spicy hop flavors. Only a thin measure of crystal malt sweetness. Lightly bitter. Crisp, clean finishes with a faint lingering bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied (just barely, though!). Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: It’s okay! A fine, refreshing English-minded pale ale. shp555 (1695), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
