Clear amber, fairly large head. Aroma has spicy hops with some fruity notes and caramel backing it. Not the blast of grapefruit I had while in the PNW. A good example that shows you don’t need a blast of Cascades to have a good APA. Bonus points for the name too.

Pours a light hazy orange with an off white head. Aroma is of hops, malts, and some caramel. This beer has nice body and palate (for a PA). The flavor has notes of fruits, hops, honey, and some lemon. Not bad

Bottle to pounder (shaker). Pours out a mildly cloudy orange-brown with a nice fluffy light-tan head with nice lacing. Nose is sweet and hoppy with a malty backdrop... Not sharp, very floral and sugary. Taste is thickly bodied with grain flavour with a palate of maltiness intermixed with bitter hop character. Leaves a risidue of sharpness on the palate as it goes down.

Bottle. Slightly dark copper pour with a frothy ivory head. Malty aroma with little hop notes. Malt lavor with a bit of bitterness. There’s a strange off-flavor that reminds me of the smell of the beauty salon when my Mom used to get her hair permed. I find this beer hard to drink.

Chill-hazed amber with a mostly-white head that holds staunch before falling rockily to a fat island. Hints of sweat, bread, Worcestershire and cooked vegetables to an aroma that is otherwise a healthy dose of citrus. Hop flavors dominate sweet malts, although the whole experience is mild. Orange and lemon fades to tea and grasses while bitters linger.

Pours amber with a medium lasting head. Aroma is crisp, apples, citrus and a bit of crystal malt. Flavor is fresh, flowers, citrus. More body than I was expecting which is a good thing. Smooth bitter finish. Nice.

(bottle) Amber with a decent off white head. Faint hops aroma. Flavor is full of citrus/pine hops. Good APA.
