| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Aug 10, 2006 Bottle from Secret Santa. Yellow body, with a small creamy white head. Nice citrusy aroma - lemon and grapefruit. Very grapefruity flavour, to the point of being a bit astringent. A little more pleasant as the glass goes on but still lacks balance. Average to thin palate. Snojerk321 (2028), San Diego, California, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 16, 2006 12 oz bottle. Poured a nice dark copper, clear, with not too much carbonation. Medium head with good lacing. Pleasantly sharp citrus smell suggests slightly bitter taste to come, but that bitterness is very well balanced. Finishes nicely, with the bitters lingering for a bit, causing a just a little bit of dryness in the mouth. Not necessarily a bad thing, just take another sip. Not the best Big Sky offering, but this beer grew on me as I moved through the six pack. I’d recommend giving it more than one round to do the same for you.
