12 oz. bottle. Pours a thin short lived head, with attractive lacing, over a golden (SRM 10) body....nose of yeasty bread, citrus which is primarily grapefruit....tastes initially of mild malts, then medium leval balancing hop, again citrus bitterness, always dry....mouth feel is light to medium, and slightly watery, carbonation is mediium. A pleasant lighter ale albeit rather simple overall.

Not much to the nose. Hinted a little of citrus and malt. Clear light amber with small off-white head that dissipated quickly. No lacing. Decent flavor up front with some citrusy hoppiness followed quickly by biscuity malt. Flavor ends about mid-tongue with no follow through taste. One of those iffy beers. I’d buy it again IF it was one of the last beers in the store.

Bottle. Nose is all about the crystal with some very strong, twangy grapefruit overtones. Copper-golden, flat-looking except for the lovely, lacing, rocky tan head. Clean and very dry, extremely smooth, with mouthfeel tasking precedence even over floral taste. Finish is dry and very gradually bready. Only low bitterness, lightly woody, and the citrus fruits are slowly backed off. Balanced and actually subtle! One of the gentlest pales I’ve had and, dare I say it? Unique.

bottle. first in about a week. Poured an orangey gold color with a small, compact white head. Aroma of bread, earth, caramel, with some light orange and flower notes. Flavor was lightly sweet and a bit watery. Really not much going on here. Bready with an earthy, dry hoppingish finish. Not really feeling this one at all.

Bottle. Poured dark gold with thick white head. Little lacing. Faint hop aroma. Flavour is some hop, little hop, little else. Thin fast finish.

2009 Bottle - Pours orange with a medium off white head...aroma is quite nice, hop floral and grassy...flavour is crisp, a decent balance of astringent hops and malt...finish is a bit watery, I really like the beginning and middle as a drinkable while not distinguished pale...oh well...great nose...
