Straw yellow with very small white head. Sweet nose with hints of clove honey. Flavor is much the same, rather sweet, with a nice light body that is flows is to a clean finish.

Draft at the brewery in Missoula on 7/17/07. White head that collapses into a clear yellow gold body rather quickly. This has a light body, maybe just a tad thin, and lively effervescence, just right for a summer afternoon. It was over 100 degrees outside the day I was there, so this worked well. Lemon and honey aroma, and this carried through to the flavor as well. Just enough light bitterness entered at the finish to offsetany persisting sweetness. Not bad for lighter summer fare, and actually quite refreshing.

12 ounce bottle from a mixed summer 12 pack. Floral, minty aroma that has some honey notes and also a distinct smell of a woman’s hair parlor. A light sweet aroma is also there. Fair. Transparent blonde body with a very small, quickly dissipating white head. A little sweet and herbal maltiness is present to start. Has a bit of a weird swampy flavor in the middle. Becomes a little more dry later on. Light bitterness to finish. Just tastes a little weird in the middle. I dont know if this is due to the honey or what, but this kind of tastes a little off. I definitely enjoyed this more out of a bottle when it was colder.

This beer had a musty earthiness I found rather unpleasant, and nothing else to recommend it. I can’t recommend it - I found it rather lousy. This beer appeared to have an oily sheen; it was slightly hazy, an unflattering shade of yellow, and had a little head. The appearance didn’t give me a lot of reason to have faith that I would enjoy this beer. The aroma didn’t provide any additional reason not to be pessimistic. There was the aroma of some spice and maltiness, but also a lot of earthiness that I found off-putting and unpleasant. The watery mouthfeel hit me before the flavor. Flavor was a distinct compost-y flavor. Not good...not recommended.

Bottle from Safeway, Port Angeles, WA; nose of Grain and sweet corn, clear gold with a small white head; flavor was nutty and grainy with a little hops and pepperiness to the finish.;

12 oz bottle: Pours a slightly hazy light gold with a finger’s worth of white foam. Noticeable honey aroma but a fairly bland flavor with some hop bitterness and spice on the finish.

A nice yummy summer brew. Flavor is a little weak, but its is pure and smooth and very refreshing. This brew is well worth a try. Has a subtle hint of honey that makes it very refreshing.

12oz bottle. Pleasant golden pour with a quickly dissolving off-white head. Very soft honey aroma with a few citrus notes in there as well. Very light and refreshing, only slightly hoppy with good notes of honey. Excellent summer session brew.
