Jun 21, 2004 Sparkling apple juice body topped by small off-white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aroma is fairly sweet, minty/berry. Taste is medium sweet, herby, some honey, some mint in aftertaste. Light-medium body. Interesting brew -- quite quaffable.
