Commercial Description:
A big hoppy Northwest style IPA with an extra dose of dark chocolate malt. Chinook, Columbus and centennial hops all over the place. OG 15.8 Plato.(1.062)4.6 alcohol by weight.

Dark brown,off white head. Good hop/malt nose. An abundance of hops with enough malt to balance. Long hop finish. I quite liked this one.

Maroon colored distinguished by a bland maltiness and overall rounded flavoring with a candy hint. Not as balanced as I would like, but it has some positive qualities.
