Cidre Artisanal Le Brun Doux 3% Bottle 75 cl. [Papsoe grand American tasting] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Pale golden color. Aroma of dry dusty apple, mild sour barnyard. Quite sweet apple and marzipan like notes over the palate. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet flavor with some counter acidic. Light sweet apple finish.
