Sep 1, 2003 rated 4/21/03 at Bill's in Cannon Beach. An experiment gone terribly, terribly wrong!!! Black body with a light tan head atop that quickly diminished...ok, it looked good...then I smelled it.....not a huge fan of raspberry anyway, or of fruity beers, but the combination of raspberry and ginger in the nose was frankly.....wierd. Ginger and raspberry dominated and buried the normal malts of a stout and were just too strange for me to find anything to like about it. Appalling!!!
