Commercial Description:
English: A Lubliner Single Hop Pilsner, solely hopped with Lublin hops from Poland. Very mild hop aroma (nothing for hop-heads) with nuances of oak. ABV 4,6 %. “Biltyven” means car thief and is the second beer in a series of single hop pilsners. The first one was a Tettnanger single hop named “Butikstyven” – meaning shoplifter. Next in line will be a Centenniel single hop named “Snedige Snyder” – meaning something like clever cheater (and which by the way is a Christiania guest brew).

Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of grassy hops, some grainy malt and DMS. Sweet and grainy malt flavour. I have had more exciting pilsners from Svaneke

On tap. Slightly hazy golden with a small, off-white head. Aroma of sweet malts and a little citrusy hops. Medium body, sweet malt, biscuity notes and again a light whiff of citrusy hops. Hardly any bitterness. Pleasant. 250809

Draught at Lord Nelson. Clear yellow - white head. Bitterness, hoppy, thickness, fatness, knækbrød (swedish flatbread), berries, pineapples, cactus. OK - but I would like to be more crispy.

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Light bubblegum and mild citrusy note. Sweet fruity. Mild citrusy, light malty and crisp bitter flavoured. Fragile mild hoppy flavoured, nice balance between sweetness and light hops oils. Mild bitterness into the finish. Very elegant pilsner with different hops fruity note.
