Commercial Description:
Binding Lager is different from normal beer. Everywhere open-minded people meet, people who think and act internationally, there is Binding Lager. It is highly attenuated, pale and dry - "not so bitter, but more Sydney" - with a refreshing sparkling taste

Draught. I'm surprised at the relatively few number of ratings for this beer considering I found it being served at the heavily trafficed Amsterdam airport. Binding offers a basic lager smell, with a little hint of sweetness and a lot of sourness. Pale god in appearance, with a white head, good carbonation and excellent lace. Color is a little dull. Flavor is not great; basically blah. In fact, if anything, it is a little harsh on the palate. Not recommended. I'd actually rather have a Bud.

Crisp but yet watery taste. Skunky aroma with a slightly sweet finish! One of the not so good German brews.

American Standard Lager wanna-be. Appearence is comform with beer. Aroma stinks like rotten oats(?). Taste watery and dry. Reminds me of "Sol" but is even worse. "Binding Lager is different from normal beer" - true! With a third of lime juice probably drinkable.

Smells like chemicals and farts. Thin gold-yellow color and foamy head. Turns sweet toward the end, then a bad aftertaste. Thin body. What the f&%/ is an "international taste" as indicated on the can?

Can: Artificial sweet smell. Yellow nearly green with a littled head. No flavor, that means not disgusting, that means, one extra point. On the lable: "With the finest ingredients" - from which planet????

Canned. Pale gold clear under a medium size and medium lasting creamy yellow head. Very faint metallic hops and some faint malt appears on swirling of glass. Faint hops and light malt plus faint corn sweet flavours as it warms up. Dissapointing stale mild bitter finish. In so called "internationalizing" this beer maybe they have taken too much of the bitter out.
