I guess the deal is to remove some malt, some hops hence leaving less flavour and character. Binding has suceeded in what they intended. 041199

Jul 21, 2008 From tap at Berliner Republik. Pours clear and golden yellow with a chalk white head. Aroma is biterhops, crisp. Mild cornish flavour with a light sweet caramel malt note. Classic crisp bitternes coming through. Clean and pleasant.

Pale yellow, white decent head with some lace. Fruity and grassy nose, a bit like in some Russian lagers. Sweet malty, watery palate. Oily, sweet and slightly hoppied aftertaste.

Feb 7, 2005 Tap. Clear golden colour with a big fast dissapering white head. Grassy hoppy aroma and a sweet bitter taste. Light body and a bitter dry finish.
