A huge white head over a blonde appearance. Strong bretta, woody funky nose, with just an hint of hoppiness. Very balanced in mouth, with a nice sourness not completely overwhelming the top fermented character. Pleasant and very quenching.

75cl, no label, exclusive brew blended with lambic, from brewery, sour, not complex, cloudy, small head, nothing special, needs to be revised, not balanced

Hazy light blond color. Fresh aroma, floral, with some citrus fruits; later it shows some malt and light vanilla and wood. Good mouthfeel, nice clean malt flavor, almost cookies too, and a quite strong bitterness; there is also a hint of smoke. A bit of originality, in this good Belgian Ale.

On tap @ Bruxellensis. Another lambic-ale blend! I support those, generally. Yellow-gold color with a thinnish white head. Aroma is tart citrus--lemon and bitter orange--with some odd strawberry notes. Flavor is tart lemon and grapefruit with a touch of berry sweetness. Bitterness starts light and gains strength for the musty finish. Tasty, well-balanced.

Draught @ Bruxellensis. Hints of flowery hops and butter in the aroma. Tropical fruit, especially pineapple, in the flavor, with some flowery hopbitterness and just a hint of sourness. Very well balanced.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm) Yellow colour, slightly hazy, with firm white head. Fruity nose with spicy, grassy notes. Spicy, rather strained taste with a good balance between malt and fruit. Rather dry with a dry, spicy bitterness in the finish. Balance is getting better. Nice beer with strained lambic notes combined with a touch of saison. Very drinkable.

Draugth on Bruxellines. Just an average beer. Not to strong and a little dry. Rather sweet taste

Draught@Bruxellensis. Green apple flavour. Sweetish, fizzy, yeasty, with a soft dry finish. Not too much happening otherwise.
