Fruity and perfumy hops aroma. Sweet malts balanced by fruity hops and quite a bit of spices (ginger?). Interesting beer where it is the spice mix that stands out. oberabcbbsok (686), Hoboken, Belgium

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Oct 23, 2005 Huge yellowish head, fed by lively carbonation from a clear orange-golden beer, leaving some lace. Roasted malts, apricot, alcoholnose, followed by a bit of fruity citrus. Burnt caramel taste mixed with citrus & orange peel. Sweetish alcohol finish. There is some green herb flavour somewhere, but I cannot determine it. Medium to full bodied, alcoholwarming. Roast toffee gives some burning MF.
