Looks great - bright cerise, with a pink fluffy head. Good marzipan, cherry, cough syrupflavour. Falls off a little on the finish, but otherwise sweet, thick , creamy and very tasty. duff (5475), Surrey, Greater London, England

Sweet cherry cordial flavour, medicinal, but with just enough sourness to make it bareable to drink, tart i guess you’d call it. A little artificial. Magjayran (1379), Durham, North Carolina, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 11, 2005 Pours a dark nice cherry red color with a slight pink head. Aroma is mostly tart cherries with a bit of sweet sugar. Cherry flavor is not overwhelmingly sweet. A nice tart finish and a rather refreshing summer drink or dessert beer. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jun 17, 2005 Cherish. Medium amber with a light pink tint, little fizzy head. Aggressive aroma of cherry lifesavers candies. Flavor matches, although there is a bit of beer in the background, and a bit of powdered sugar as well. Not awful, but not good either. And no sourness to my tastes. TheBeerGod (3152), Newport News, Virginia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 6, 2005 Bottle. Called Cherish Kriek and is 8.4 ounces in size. Murky ruby colored body with a small fizzy pinkish white head. Nose is tart cherries, light sugary notes, faint earthiness and light grains. Taste is lightly sour cherries, sweet notes, light breadiness, and grains. Mild earth tones. A cherry pie with a bit of vanilla ice cream would be an apt description. Body is light, mildly tart and lacking the typical lambic acidic dryness. Finishes less sweet than the taste but still has a dominant cherry flavor. More tartness and grains coming through. Light earthiness as well. Not horrible. Rather nice dessert beer. Cornfield (4938), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA

Darned if he wasn’t right. Light red with a pink head, it has a sweet cherry aroma and flavor, giving a touch of the tart only on the finish. Nice drink.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 4, 2005 Red with a pink head. Cherry fairy floss aroma. Sweet cordial cherry flavour. Bit fake in flavour. Ok though. Papsoe (14996), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 21, 2005 Updated: Jun 10, 2005(Bottle 25 cl) The aroma of cherries is overwhelming, as soon as the cap comes off. And the cherries are -to put it mildly- quite evident in the flavor as well. I refuse to believe that the flavor can be this intense without the addition of artificial flavors or at least a concentrate. Light brown and hazy with a reddish tint. Almost no head. The same brewery makes a beer with almost the same label called "Vlaamse Bourgogne. A "Vlaams Bruin"-type. With it’s hint of iron this beer is probably the base of "Bios Kriek". 020304
