A slight skim of sudsy foam floats around the top then dissipates. smell is cherry with a strong sour malt smell backing it up. Taste is cherry sours up front with a nice sweet malt finish that hold in the back of your throat. Mouthfeel is medium to full with pretty low carbonation. It really rolls over your tongue. This is a nice tasty fruit brew.
