I actually found this to be more sweet than sour. Reminded me more of a hard cider than a beer. Absolutely no trace of yeast or floaties iin the bottle. Barrios (861), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 12, 2009 11.2 oz bottle. Pours an enticing dull red with a good 3 fingers of full foamy head. Aroma is vinegar and overripe fruit. There is a good dose of apple cider vinegar in the taste, but the overall lightness and fizzyness of the body and mouthfeel come in and rescue me from feeling like I’m performing home remedies on myself. I like sours, and I like this one. foundmd (163), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Pours dark ruby brown with a 2-finger off-white head. Lots of vinegar in the aroma. Taste is rather tart and sour at first, but this gives way to a balancing cherry sweetness. Subtle flavor of apple cider vinegar. Light bodied, astringent, and fizzy. Not bad. nqualls (1428), Nashville, Tennessee, USA
