8/22/2007: Birdsview Cascade Pale Ale is deep golden brown in color and murky. It has a large, dense, creamy ivory head and a medium body. The aroma and flavor are earthy with some toffee malt and brown sugar. This beer is also somewhat strong, but there wasn’t any alcohol in the flavor. Birdsview Cascade Pale Ale did not really seem that well-balanced to me. Overall, I didn’t really care for it very much.

Draught sample at the Birdsview Brewing Company in Birdsview, Washington. Rating #1 for this beer...
