On draught at the brewpub in Birdsview, Washington. Pours a semi-hazy golden amber brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma of light golden malt, heavy banana esters, cloves, yeast with a touch of fruity character. Taste is medium bodied, very little carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt, banana esters, yeast and a touch of cloves. Finish has a lingering sweet banana aftertaste that slowly disappears. No bitterness in this hefe.
