Birdsview Lights Out

Amber body with minimal head. Aroma was ginger strong with some bready malt and light piney hops. Flavour was semi-sweet with lots of ginger, just the right amount. Seemed a little flat but otherwise well executed.

Cloudy dark straw-amber. Big fresh, appetizing ginger aroma with a toasty malt background. Very strong ginger flavour, but fresh and slightly sweet and not at all abrasive. Solid, lightly toasty backing malts hold up this quenching ginger brew.
