A good one but not so good than the other Birra del Borgo Beers. Tap beer in Bir & Fud (24.5.2009).

Bottled at Horsens Beerfestival. Hazy amber with a big off-white head. Aroma is fruity, nutty and a bit acidulous. Flavor is sweet malty, citric fruity, nutty, some caramel and a hint of sourness in the finish. Lots of different flavors here, but not necessary in balance.

It’s warm orange colored with a huge, rapidly vanishing and big bubbly head. The aroma has notes of fruit, sourness and caramel. The flavour is sour with notes of malt, fruit/berries/chestnut and the finish is both sweet and sour. The sourness should not grow stronger that this.

Bottle 75cl.
Clear medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light to moderate hoppy, citrus - grapefruit, moderate yeasty, sharp, rubber - gummy, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (030808)

Bottle, 4.2%. Slow gusher. Yeasty and tart aroma. Hazy amber colour. The flavour is quite sweet with some tartness. As usual, I am not sure it is intended, but it tastes all right. High carbonation.

Bottled. Amber colour, big fluffy head. Aroma is fruits, nectar and wood along with some slight acidicness and yeast. Flavour is fruits, slight glueish sweetness, which is turning into nectar and wood. Nice grassy and berryish finish.
