Jun 30, 2008 Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a muddy reddish brown colour with a small white foam. Yeast, almonds, cloves and soap in the aroma with touches of cocoa. Medium-bodied with notes of nuts, almonds, dust, yeast and soap. Short finish of yeast, nuts and cocoa-powder.

May 18, 2008 Bottle. Murky brown, full head, near perfect looks. Not the most aromatic, hints of fruits and yeast. Flavor has nice depth with hints of ripe fruits and exotic taste. I like Birra Del Borgo.

May 12, 2008 75 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy deep orange to brown with a semi fizzy off-white head. Light spiced malt aroma with a mild hops note. Flavour is sweet towards light fruity sweet. Light sugarish note mixed with a mild earthy tone. Ends with a mild sweetness and light.

May 9, 2008 Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Average beige creamy head that mostly diminished. Fair display of lacework. Hazy amber colour. Aroma of fruit, caramel, grain, nuts, brown sugar, hint of metallic notes. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour with a hint of bitterness. Sweet nutty like finish.
