Bottled. One of the highlights of the tasting. Very dry, floral nose, with mild funk and herbs. Super dry, flowery flavor, with awesome complexity. The sourness doesn’t show much in here, instead adding a soft backdrop to an assertively dry and floral beer.

Bottle: Pours transparent orange. the head looks soapy and settles on the thin, off-white, one-sided side. Nose is musty sourness and grapes with subtle wet sock musk. Body is severely thin causing the flavors to quickly turn grainy. Flavors are not very sour nor funky..more thin and grapey with an essence of brettanomyces esters and an annoying finish of stale hops. For the most part its just really thin watered down grape juice. This is not really a very good beer, especially for the price. Piss poor body, unrefined and watered down flavor profile, nothing too fascinating being produced by the wild yeast(s)..seriously, who would rate this highly?

Bottle at Churchkey in Washington DC. A: hazy yellow, same color as a urinary tract infection (but in a good way). Larger than expected white head that lasts longer than expected. Great lacing. Simply amazing aroma, combo of freshly mown grass, barnyard, hay bales and horse stall. Taste starts with light citrus and bread, continues to a musty finish with the barest hint of bitterness. Body is lighter than expected. This might improve with age. The aroma is everything. definitely a unique brew.

Bottle … Lightly hazy golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Great retention. Medium-bodied with minimal carbonation. The nose is very restrained, but a bit fruity and musty. The flavor is tangy, but sort of minerally and bland – needs more lambic thrown into the mix. Minerally, dull, bitter finish.

Bottle Shared at Ryan & Max’s Tasting @ Pauls. Pours a hazy copper body with a white head. Acidic lemon and some lambic tones. Funky leather, horse blanket, burlap sack, funky cheese and lemon. Leather and floral notes, A nice blend.

I love this birra desidera ottenere maggiori era disponibile farebbe un grande birra sessione.Molto buono il giudizio complessivo
