| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Mar 1, 2008 This beer contradicts itself from the beginning pronouncing the ABV to be 9.8 on one label and 6.1 on the other, but judging from the flavour I tend to believe the latter. It’s dark mahogany with a red hue and a low, creamy head. The aroma isn’t very strong, and it has notes of cocoa and roasted malt. The flavour has notes of roasted malt, cocoa, a sourness (like in a beginning infection) and a light bitterness. The overall impression is thin and peculiar. Emil (6074), Copenhagen, Denmark
