75 cl Bottle. Sour aroma and sour flavour. A lot of other flavour but totally over dominated by sourness. To ugly and too infected. Just buy some sour infected crap for 20$

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy mahogany colour, small beige head. Fruity and nutty, medium to full bodied with soft mouthfeel. Mildly coffeeish with notes of caramel and tobacco. Light ashy salty bitterness. It’s greatest assetts are its soft, creamy mouthfeel and broad spectre of flavours.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy dark brown colour with a small beige foam. Malty aroma of nuts, toasted grains, anise, yeast and and cocoa-powder. Medium-bodied with malty and a bit smokey flavours of cocoa-powder, yeast, toasted malts, anise, black pepper, ash and tobacco. Dryish finish of neutral yeast, nougat, tobacco and anise.

This beer contradicts itself from the beginning pronouncing the ABV to be 9.8 on one label and 6.1 on the other, but judging from the flavour I tend to believe the latter. It’s dark mahogany with a red hue and a low, creamy head. The aroma isn’t very strong, and it has notes of cocoa and roasted malt. The flavour has notes of roasted malt, cocoa, a sourness (like in a beginning infection) and a light bitterness. The overall impression is thin and peculiar.
