Feb 24, 2007 Bottled. A hazy brown beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of tobacco, malt, and herbs, as well as a slight acidity from roasted malt. The flavor is slightly acidic with notes of roasted malt, and notes like an early morning in a smoky bar. More interesting than really good - probably good for smokers.

May 8, 2008 Updated: Jun 12, 2008Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Very black with beige creamy head. Fruity aroma with coffee and tobacco. Sweet and light to medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Very fruity - I get more molassess and plums than coffee or other roasty flavours. Drier dusty finish.

Feb 25, 2007 (Bottle 75 cl) Pours a cloudy, opaque, dark brown with an orange hue and a beige head. Lightly burned, coffeeish aroma. The body is medium with sweetish, roasted malt notes and then an ashy, burned edge. Very bitter finish deriving from the malt. 220207

Feb 24, 2007 75 cL bottle (sample). Pours brown-red. Aroma is hard roasted malt and tobacco. Taste is watery and smokey. Rather thin watery finish. I honestly don’t get the tobacco thing but I’m not a smoker.
