AMN (127), Dublin, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 18, 2008 Surprisingly sweet, lots of caramel and malts with a good hop aftertaste/aroma. The slightly higher alcohol is not noticeable. Better than I expected. KnutAlbert (3161), Oslo, Norway

Clear brown with a reddish tone. Malt, caramel, lots of swettenss dominates this beer. Far better then the ITalian pale lagers, but too sweet for my liking, really. HoppyGuy (111), USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 14, 2008 Bottle. Pours a nice, deep mahogany color with a one-inch light tan head and ample carbonation. Malty aroma, with some caramel. Sweet roasted malt flavor with a slightly bitter finish. Mouthfeel is soft, almost like there’s a touch of honey. Not bad, but a bit malty for me.
